How Do I Register My Dog With SDA?

To Register Your Dog With (SDA) Service Dogs Of America-

 

  1. Follow The "Register My Dog With SDA" Tab In The Main Menu
  2. Enter Your Information (This Allows Us To Verify Which Dog To Apply The Paypal Payment To)
    1. Dogs Name
    2. Your Name
  3. Click The "Pay Now" Button
    1. This Will Redirect You To The Paypal Site
      1. You Can Log Into Your Paypal Account And Pay From There
      2. You Can Select "Pay With Credit/Debit Card"
  4. Once Payment Has Been Submited You Will Be Redirected To The K9 Registration Page
    1. Fill Out The K9 Registration Page And Click The Save Button At The Bottom

This Will Complete Your K9 Registration. Your Dog Will Now Be Registered With SDA.

Please Note: Your SDA Registration # Will Be Listed As Pending until We Reveiw Your Submittle And Issue Your Dog A Registration #.
