To Host An SDA Trial You Must Be An SDA Club. (Read More About Becoming An SDA Club)

The First Step Is To Submit An Online Application.

  1. Follow The "Login To The Database" Tab In The Menu.
  2. Once Log In In The Menu You Will Follow The "Submit Trial Application" Link
  3. Fill In The Information About Your Trial An Click The Save Button At The Bottom Of The Page To Submit Your Application
Once Your Application Has Been Submitted An SDA Administrator Will Be Notified To Review Your Information. If Every Thing Is In Order You Will Be Issued An SDA Trial Registration # And Your Trial Will Be Scheduled With SDA. In The Event Their Are Issues With The Information You Submitted You Will Be Contacted To Make The Appropriate Changes.
